Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby, in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006 (the “Personal Data Law”), confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy published at https://lmpgpartners.com/privacy (the “Policy”), and freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Joint-Stock Company “LMPG - Consulting” (TIN: 9703237440, address: Bolshoy Trekhgorny Lane 11, Building 2, Premises 2N, Moscow; the “Operator”) my consent to the processing of my personal data via the website https://lmpgpartners.com (the “Website”), using automation tools, by means of collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction and transfer (provision, access) of my personal data.
I give the Operator my consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

I give this consent by ticking the relevant checkbox on the Website next to the text “I consent to the processing of personal data” (or other text of similar meaning).
I have been informed that the consent is valid until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved. I have also been informed that I may withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time by contacting the Operator at the email address info@lmpgpartners.com. If consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, the Operator stops processing the personal data and destroys them within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date the withdrawal is received (unless a shorter period is provided for by law). If the law requires personal data to be kept for a longer period, or if the Operator has the right to continue processing on lawful grounds, the Operator may continue processing the personal data after consent is withdrawn.
I have been informed that, when processing personal data, the Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures provided for by Article 19 of the Personal Data Law to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision or dissemination, and against other unlawful actions in respect of personal data.
