Russia's Federal Tax Service (FNS) introduces new recommended formats for the unified electronic transport document from 15 October 2025, covering carriage by several modes of transport.
The formats enable contracts for freight, passenger and baggage carriage in mixed traffic, accelerate document workflow and simplify interaction with tax authorities.
