Russia rolls out remote real estate deals via Gosuslugi and Cian
Russia's Ministry of Digital Development has launched remote conveyancing through the Cian platform with signatures via Gosuslugi or the Gosklyuch app. Other platforms will be added later.
Russia's Ministry of Digital Development has launched remote execution of real estate sale contracts. The service initially runs on the Cian platform; other marketplaces will be connected at a later stage.
An owner or broker posts a listing on Cian and prepares a contract that is signed via Gosuslugi or the Gosklyuch mobile app. A temporary registration application can be filed simultaneously with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the ministry, Gosuslugi authentication confirms the authenticity of personal data and ownership records, while auto-filled fields reduce errors and enable fully remote execution.
