US pharmaceutical exports to Russia doubled in the first half of 2025 to USD 109.8 million, with finished medicines remaining the leading category of US exports to the country.

US pharmaceutical exports to Russia doubled in the first half of 2025, reaching USD 109.8 million. June alone saw a 4.3-fold rise to USD 10.8 million.

Year-on-year shipments of finished medicines increased 6.7 times to USD 9.9 million; vaccines and sera shipments reached USD 9.6 million.

Pharmaceuticals remain the leading category of US exports to Russia.
