The Industry Ministry has postponed new standards by a year
The introduction of updated requirements for industrial products has been pushed back from September 2025 to September 2026.
The reason is appeals from businesses and the RSPP industry union: products with old certificates could have been deemed illegal, which would have threatened supply disruptions and serious losses.
Documentation issued before the new rules take effect will remain valid until 1 September 2026. Companies now have a year to adapt and confirm the stability of their production.
